On July 3, 2017 Chaiseri Metal & Rubber Co. Ltd delivered the new First Win II 4×4 wheel to the Marine Corps for 60 days trial evaluation. In addition to testing the HMV-150 4×4 wheeled vehicle by Panus Assembly Co Ltd developed from a V-150 Commando 4×4 wheeled vehicle stationed in the 24th Marine Corps, and two Phantom 380-X1 4×4 wheeled were added to the Navy’s Marine Corps fleet to be tested in the southern border area.
This plan of supplying 4×4 wheeled to the Thai Navy it is to strengthen self-defense capabilities in public security missions in the southern border areas. It also promotes the domestic security industry.
